Learn important lessons on keeping your body in shape in general, not just for martial arts… but also learn basic moves in karate from our very own shihan (5th degree black belt) Tim Buchanan as well as the essentials of self-defense. Good for ALL adults – retirees, middle-aged, young adults, etc. (junior high and up).
